Roadshow chauffeur service in London.

Nine meetings, four postcodes, one car that never leaves you.

A roadshow is the hardest day a chauffeur company is asked to do, and the one most of them quietly dispatch as a series of unrelated jobs. We hold the car and the chauffeur for the window, keep the itinerary live, and let the day move without anyone making a phone call about it.

§ 01The problem

Roadshows do not fail on routing.

They fail in the eleven minutes between a meeting overrunning and a car being found.

The schedule you send on Friday is not the schedule that happens on Tuesday. A ten o'clock runs twenty minutes long, an eleven-thirty moves to the afternoon, and a fund three streets away offers a slot at two. On a per-journey booking, each of those is a cancellation, a new job, a phone call and a wait at the kerb.

Holding one car for the day removes the failure mode entirely. The chauffeur is outside when the meeting ends, whenever it ends. Reordering the afternoon is a drag in the app, or nothing at all if the schedule came from a calendar. The cost of a day that moves is the waiting time you already agreed, not a scramble.

For the person running the roadshow — usually an EA or a corporate access team — the value is a single view: every car, every principal, current position, shared by link so the bankers can see it without installing anything.

§ 02How we run it

What holding the car actually buys you.

One chauffeur, all day

They learn the principals by the second stop. Nobody re-introduces themselves at 3pm.

Waiting is the default

The car stays. An overrun moves the day, it does not cost you a vehicle.

Live re-ordering

Drag a stop, the itinerary rebuilds, the chauffeur sees it before the meeting ends.

One view for the organiser

Every car, every principal, current position. Shared by link, no app for the guest.

Building knowledge

The right entrance, the legal waiting spot, the lift that goes to the twelfth floor.

One invoice at the end

Tagged to the deal or the fund, VAT itemised, no expense claims from anyone.

§ 03Timings

The legs a London roadshow is built from.

Typical door-to-door in weekday business hours, allowing for the congestion charge zone and the usual pinch points. We quote against the specific time of day when we price your schedule — a 9am Canary Wharf leg and a 2pm one are not the same journey.

§ 04Questions

Roadshow travel, answered.

How is a roadshow booked differently from a normal transfer?

+

As a day, not a set of journeys. You give us the schedule — or share the calendar — and we hold one car and one chauffeur for the whole window. The chauffeur waits between meetings rather than being released, so an overrun costs you nothing but the waiting time you already agreed.

What happens when a meeting overruns and the rest of the day shifts?

+

The chauffeur is already outside, so the shift costs you no car time at all. If the schedule came from a calendar, moving a meeting moves the itinerary automatically. If not, your booker drags the stop in the app and the chauffeur sees the new order immediately. Nobody rings anybody.

Can you run several cars in parallel for a large roadshow?

+

Yes. Multi-car days are dispatched as one itinerary with a shared view, so whoever is running the roadshow sees every car and every principal on one screen. Cars can be grouped by team, by fund or by geography.

Do you know the buildings?

+

For City, Canary Wharf and Mayfair, yes — which entrance a fund uses, where a car can legally wait, and where it cannot. That knowledge is what keeps a nine-meeting day on time; the routing is the easy part.

How is a roadshow day priced?

+

As a day rate for the car and chauffeur, agreed before the day and firm. Overruns beyond the agreed window are charged at a published hourly rate, so a late finish never produces a surprise. Everything lands on the same monthly invoice as the rest of your travel.

Can you cover roadshows outside London?

+

Yes — around forty cities, on the same account and the same invoice. A New York or Frankfurt leg does not require you to appoint a local supplier, brief them, or reconcile a separate bill.

§ 10Access

Send us a schedule.

Give us a real roadshow day — past or upcoming — and we will price it, time it leg by leg, and show you the itinerary view your organiser would be working from.
