Executive travel · London

Executive chauffeur hire in London.

For the journeys where the passenger's time and privacy are the whole point.

Executive travel is judged on the parts nobody itemises: whether the car is already there, whether the chauffeur says the right amount, whether a call can continue in the back without anyone thinking about it. We build the service around those, then put a guarantee behind the one that can be measured.

§ 01The standard

Discretion is a process, not a promise.

Anyone can say they are discreet. Fewer can tell you what they do about it.

Every chauffeur who drives for Blackfleet signs an NDA before their first journey, and it is on file rather than in principle. They are enhanced-DBS checked, licensed for private hire, insured, and trained in how to conduct themselves around senior passengers — where to stand, when not to speak, which door to open, how to wait without being visible.

Cars are unbranded and fitted with privacy glass. Nothing inside the cabin is recorded. Passenger names go to the assigned chauffeur and nowhere else, and journey data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of who your executives meet.

For principals with a regular pattern we pair one or two chauffeurs to the account, so the person collecting them already knows the routine. Continuity does more for a senior passenger's experience than any feature we could add to the app.

§ 02What it means

Six things an executive chauffeur does differently.

Assigned, not dispatched

The chauffeur is yours for the booking. Between stops they wait, they do not go and earn elsewhere.

NDA on file

Signed before a first journey, for every chauffeur, without you having to ask for it.

A quiet cabin

No conversation unless it is invited, no radio, privacy glass. Calls can carry on.

Known entrances

Chauffeurs learn the door your principal uses, not the one the map suggests.

Nothing recorded

No in-car audio, no cabin camera, no journey data sold onward.

Discreet livery

Unbranded cars. Nothing on the outside announces who is inside.

§ 03The car

Under three years old, every time.

Substitutions go upward. A tired car does not leave the yard.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 7 Series for single passengers and pairs, Range Rover where the occasion calls for it, and Mercedes V-Class when three or more are travelling together and would rather not split across cars. Nothing in the fleet is over thirty-six months old, and every car is valeted before its shift rather than at the end of the week.

Water, chargers for both connector types and a working cabin are assumed rather than advertised. If a car develops a fault on the way to a collection, another is already moving — you find out from a notification that the chauffeur has changed, not from an empty kerb.

§ 04Questions

Executive chauffeur hire, answered.

What is the difference between an executive chauffeur and an ordinary private hire car?

+

Three things: the car, the chauffeur and the commitment. An executive chauffeur is assigned to you for the duration, waits rather than being re-dispatched, is trained in how to conduct themselves around senior passengers, and is bound by an NDA. A private hire car is a transaction between two points.

Can we have the same chauffeur every time?

+

Where you want continuity, yes. Executives with a regular pattern are usually paired with one or two chauffeurs who learn the routine — the entrance they prefer, whether the car should be silent, which terminal, which door. Continuity is requested on the account, not negotiated journey by journey.

How private is the journey?

+

Every chauffeur has an NDA on file. Cars have privacy glass, the cabin is quiet by default, and nothing is recorded — no dashcam feed into the cabin, no in-car audio. Passenger names are not shared beyond the assigned chauffeur, and journey data is not sold or used for advertising.

Do you provide security-trained or close-protection chauffeurs?

+

For clients who need it we work with chauffeurs holding security driver training, and can coordinate with an existing close-protection team rather than replacing it. Tell us at account setup and we will scope it properly instead of improvising on the day.

Can an executive assistant book on someone's behalf?

+

That is the normal case. Assistants are named bookers on the account with their own log-in, can book for anyone in the business, and see the live position of every car without ringing anyone. Approvals and cost centres are set once and applied automatically.

What does executive chauffeur hire in London cost?

+

It is quoted per journey and firm at the point of booking, so the figure you approve is the figure invoiced. Rates depend on vehicle, duration and whether you are holding a car for the day. We will price your real routes during the account conversation rather than publishing a rate card that would not apply to you.

§ 10Access

Open an account.

We will walk the platform through your own calendar, price your real routes, and put the punctuality guarantee in writing before you commit to anything.
