LHR · All five terminals

Heathrow chauffeur transfers.

Tracked to the tail number, waiting measured from wheels down.

Heathrow punishes the two assumptions most chauffeur bookings are built on: that the flight lands when the ticket says, and that landing is the same as arriving. We track the aircraft and start the waiting clock at touchdown, which is why a delayed long-haul arrival costs you a notification rather than a phone call.

§ 01Arrivals

The hour between landing and the kerb.

Sixty minutes free on international arrivals, counted from touchdown.

A long-haul passenger clearing Heathrow immigration at a bad hour can spend the better part of an hour between the aircraft door and the arrivals hall. An allowance measured from the scheduled arrival time is spent before they have reached the baggage belt, which is how a transfer that went perfectly still produces an invoice somebody queries.

We measure from wheels down. Sixty minutes free on international arrivals, thirty on domestic, and beyond that a rate that was agreed when the account was opened rather than discovered afterwards.

The chauffeur's name, photo, car and registration reach the passenger before landing. They can be met in arrivals with a board, met discreetly without one, or collected at the kerb — whichever is on their record, applied every time without their assistant having to specify it.

§ 02What we do

Heathrow, specifically.

Tail-number tracking

The inbound aircraft, not the timetable. A late departure in Singapore re-times the London car.

Sixty minutes free

From wheels down on international arrivals — which is the only measure that survives Heathrow immigration.

All five terminals

T2, T3, T4, T5 and the private aviation centre, each with its own approach timing.

Met inside or at the kerb

Name board in arrivals, discreet meet without one, or kerbside. Set on the passenger's record.

Charges inside the price

Drop-off charge, tolls and congestion charge quoted in, never appended after the journey.

Departure timing that is honest

We will tell you when your preferred pickup is optimistic rather than accept it and hope.

§ 03Departures

Terminal geometry is the whole game.

T5 and T2 are forgiving. T4 has the longest approach. T3 punishes a late start hardest.

For a long-haul departure from central London we collect three hours before the flight; for short-haul, two. Those are starting points rather than rules — the pickup is timed against the traffic expected on that day and at that hour, and we will say plainly when the time you want is optimistic.

The drop-off charge, tolls and the congestion charge where it applies are inside the quoted price. A Heathrow journey should produce one number on the invoice, matching the number that was approved when it was booked.

§ 05Questions

Heathrow, answered.

How long before a Heathrow flight should the car collect?

+

From central London, three hours before a long-haul departure and two before a short-haul one, with the pickup timed against the traffic on that day rather than a fixed rule. We will tell you if your preferred time is optimistic — that conversation is cheaper than a missed flight.

Where does the chauffeur meet an arriving passenger at Heathrow?

+

In the arrivals hall by default, with a name board, or discreetly without one. Terminal 5 arrivals is a single hall so this is straightforward; Terminals 2 and 3 are met at the exit the passenger's airline uses. Kerbside collection is available where the passenger would rather not be met inside.

How much free waiting time is there at Heathrow?

+

Sixty minutes from wheels down on international arrivals, thirty on domestic. Heathrow immigration is exactly why we measure from landing rather than from the scheduled arrival time.

Do you cover all five terminals?

+

Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, and the private aviation terminal. The relevant difference is the drop-off and pickup geometry, not the service — T5 and T2 are straightforward, T4 has the longest approach, and T3 is where a badly timed departure costs the most.

What about the Heathrow drop-off charge?

+

It is inside the quoted price, along with tolls and the congestion charge where it applies. Nothing about a Heathrow journey appears on the invoice as a separate line you have to interpret.

Can you collect from Heathrow's private jet centre?

+

Yes. Airside collection where the operator and handler permit it, coordinated with them in advance rather than negotiated at the gate. Give us the FBO and the tail number at booking.
