Corporate accounts · London

Corporate chauffeur service in London.

Premium cars, vetted chauffeurs and one invoice at the end of the month.

Companies do not want a taxi with better upholstery. They want the car to be outside at the right time, the chauffeur to be someone they would put a client in front of, and the finance side to take up none of anybody's afternoon. That is the whole product.

§ 01The account

Built for the company, not the passenger.

Most chauffeur companies sell journeys and bolt an account on afterwards. We started at the account and worked backwards to the car.

A corporate chauffeur account with Blackfleet gives you named bookers, cost-centre tagging at the point of booking, and consolidated monthly billing. Nobody expenses a car. Nobody chases a receipt. Your travel manager sees every journey the company has taken this month, filtered by department, in one view.

Bookings come from wherever your people already work — the app, the web, your calendar, or your own systems through our API. When a booking is made from a calendar invitation, it inherits the meeting. Move the meeting to Thursday and the car moves to Thursday. That single behaviour removes most of the phone calls a corporate account normally generates.

Pricing is firm at the point of booking. The number quoted is the number invoiced, including waiting time within the agreed allowance, tolls and the congestion charge. There is no surge, no post-hoc adjustment and no line item anybody has to query.

§ 02What we cover

The journeys a company actually books.

Board and executive travel

The same chauffeur where you want continuity, and a car that waits rather than one that has to be summoned.

Client collection

Your visitor is met by name, in a car under three years old, with the journey shared by link so reception knows when to stand up.

Airport transfers

Flights tracked to the tail number. If the aircraft is two hours late, the car is two hours later, and nobody has to call.

Roadshows and multi-stop days

One car and one chauffeur held for the whole day, waiting between stops rather than re-dispatched at each one.

Event and conference travel

Arrivals and departures scheduled in a block, with a manifest you can hand to whoever is running the door.

Late shifts and duty of care

Staff travelling home after hours, on account, with the journey tracked and the arrival logged.

§ 03Standards

The car and the chauffeur come first.

A guarantee is only worth what it costs us to break it.

The fleet is Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Range Rover and Mercedes V-Class for groups, none of it over thirty-six months old, valeted before every shift. If a car is not right, it does not go out — we would rather substitute upward than send something tired.

Chauffeurs are enhanced-DBS checked, licensed, insured for private hire and professionally trained. An NDA is on file for every one of them. Privacy glass as standard, a quiet cabin by default, and nothing recorded — the back of the car is a place where a board conversation can continue.

On punctuality we put money behind it. If a chauffeur is late for a confirmed collection, the journey is credited. We publish the rule rather than describing ourselves as reliable and leaving you to find out.

§ 04Questions

Corporate chauffeur hire, answered.

How does a corporate chauffeur account work?

+

You open an account rather than paying per journey. Named bookers can order cars for anyone in the business, journeys are tagged to a cost centre at the point of booking, and everything settles on one VAT invoice at the end of the month. There is no minimum spend and no joining fee.

How far in advance do we need to book a corporate car?

+

Two hours is comfortable for central London and four for an airport run. We take same-hour requests and fill most of them, but we will tell you honestly at the point of booking rather than accepting the job and arriving late.

What happens when a meeting overruns or moves?

+

Nothing, if the booking came from your calendar. Move the meeting and the car moves with it — the chauffeur is notified and the waiting time is recalculated automatically. For bookings made by hand, changes go through the app and take effect immediately without a phone call.

Are your chauffeurs vetted?

+

Every chauffeur is enhanced-DBS checked, licensed for private hire, professionally trained, and has an NDA on file before their first journey. We work with a short list of chauffeur companies in each city and hold all of them to the same standard.

Can we get one invoice for the whole company?

+

Yes. One invoice, itemised by journey, passenger, cost centre and VAT, delivered monthly. It can also be pushed straight into your finance system through our API if you would rather not handle a PDF.

Do you cover cities outside London?

+

London is home and where the deepest coverage sits. Beyond it we operate in around forty cities worldwide through the same account, the same app and the same invoice, so a New York journey does not require a New York supplier.
