The cars
A fleet you would put a client in.
Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Range Rover and Mercedes V-Class.
A chauffeur company can be judged in the four seconds before anyone gets in. Nothing we run is over thirty-six months old, every car is valeted before its shift rather than at the end of the week, and when we cannot supply the class you booked you get the one above it at the price you agreed.
Four vehicles, chosen for a reason.
Mercedes-Benz S-Class
The default for executive and client travel. Three passengers, two large cases, the quietest cabin in the fleet.
BMW 7 Series
Equivalent in standard to the S-Class and preferred by some principals outright. Same capacity, different character.
Range Rover
Four passengers and three or four cases. Weather, luggage, or an arrival that wants presence.
Mercedes V-Class
Seven seats, or four with a full boot. One car instead of two, and a cabin a team can talk in.
Electrified options
Available across the range for accounts with a reporting obligation. Defaulted on if you ask.
Armoured and security
Scoped at account setup with security-trained chauffeurs, coordinated with your own team rather than replacing it.
The standard behind the badge.
Under 36 months
Age is checked per vehicle. A car that has aged out is withdrawn before it looks it.
Valeted every shift
Before the shift, not at the end of the week. The first passenger gets the same car as the last.
Substituted upward
If we cannot supply the class you booked, you get the one above at the price you agreed.
Checked before dispatch
Fuel or charge, tyres, cabin, water, chargers. A failed check means a different car, not a delay.
Unbranded
No livery, no stickers, privacy glass as standard. Nothing outside announces who is inside.
Nothing recorded
No cabin camera, no in-car audio. Whatever is said in the back stays there.
Which car, and when.
If the numbers are marginal we say so at booking, not at the kerb.
For one or two passengers where the arrival is part of the impression, take the S-Class or the 7 Series — they are held to the same standard and the choice is genuinely a matter of preference. Vehicle preference can sit on the passenger record so an assistant never has to specify it.
For three or more people travelling together, the V-Class is almost always the better answer than two saloons. It costs less than the pair, keeps the group in one conversation, and takes the luggage without an argument.
The Range Rover earns its place on weather, on luggage, and on the occasions where a higher seating position and a bit of presence are the point. It is the right call more often for a country journey than a Mayfair one.
The fleet, answered.
Which car should we book for a client collection?
+
The S-Class for one or two passengers where the arrival matters, the 7 Series where the passenger prefers it — they are equivalent in standard. Take the V-Class for three or more travelling together, and the Range Rover where luggage, weather or the occasion argues for it.
How old are the cars?
+
Nothing in the fleet is over thirty-six months old. Age is checked at the vehicle rather than promised at the company level, and a car that has aged out stops being offered before it stops being presentable.
How many passengers and how much luggage?
+
S-Class and 7 Series: three passengers, two large cases comfortably. Range Rover: four passengers, three or four cases. V-Class: seven passengers, or four passengers with a genuinely full boot. If the numbers are marginal we will say so at booking rather than at the kerb.
What if the assigned car develops a fault?
+
Another is already moving before you are told. You get a notification that the chauffeur or vehicle has changed, with the new arrival time — not an empty kerb and a phone call. Substitutions go upward in class, never downward.
Can we specify a car for a particular passenger every time?
+
Yes. Vehicle preference sits on the passenger record, so a principal who wants an S-Class gets one without their assistant having to specify it. The same applies to a preference against a particular model.
Do you offer electric or hybrid vehicles?
+
Yes, and demand for them is growing fastest among accounts with a reporting obligation. Tell us at account setup if you want journeys defaulted to an electrified car and we will configure it — including where range or a long airport leg makes it the wrong call.
Request an account.
Tell us the journeys you run most and we will tell you which cars they should be, with firm prices against each.
